Does System Matter?

How much does the game system matter to you? Can it make or break a game? Does it depend on the GM? Or do you not care? Please comment for details.

System matters very much, it is one of the absolute critical factors in whether or not I am going to have fun.

System is important, it can make or break a game over the long haul, but other factors are more important.

System is a minor factor. While it can make things better or worse, it is not a prominant factor.

System is not a factor for me in whether or not a game is good.
