Grinner was granted his wish, and was invited to do bloody work aboard the Queen Mary by Nightengale's superiors.  During the prep work, Revy two hands and a Pixie named Walt got involved, Revy had been backup, Walt apparently has a message for Molotov.  To these ends, all ended up aboard ship.  Grinner tried talking the HNAL folks out of their plan, but could not get more than discontent out of them.  Revy took the ship's control room, and got the captain to order an evacuation.  Confused HNAL soldiers rushed the top deck, and gunplay ensued.  Fire Elementals and a mage were spotted, but they have not taken action yet.  The trio had cleared the top deck of hostiles at the close of the evening.

Meanwhile, the rest of the crew heard the gunplay over comms, but being too far away to effect the outcome, stayed the course, altering plans in order to hijack the substance, now known as the Red Death on the high seas.  Things went smoothly, and the nature of the Red Death, and probable effects of its release were determined.
